Description: Course outlines, syllabi, exams, lecture notes, student papers, and miscellaneous relating to the Introduction to Women's Studies course taught by Mary Richards as an interdisciplinary course from 1975 to 1978. The course continued to be taught and later a Women's Studies Minor was developed. The collection also includes some records of United Sisters (an organization established at Stout which initiated the proposal for a women's studies course), the Women's Studies Committee, and a women's studies survey sent to faculty.
